Acoustic & Lighting System Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team in Malaysia. The role involves coordinating marketing activities, preparing brochures and presentations, and liaising with vendors to ensure events run on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and assist on all marketing aspects of networking and engagement (events).
• Assist in preparing marketing materials (brochures, presentations, emails, videos, etc).
• Assist in contacting vendors to ensure events are on time and within budget.
• Work closely with other departments and vendors to fulfill operational requirements.
• Responsible for documentation management including filing, data and record keeping.

• Works closely with other departments and vendors to ensure operational requirements are fulfilled.
• Responsible for documentation management including filing, data and record key in.
• Responsible to carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and follow up with customer.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior/management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
