INFILED SDN. BHD. is seeking a Senior Marketing & Events Executive to lead marketing and event functions with full ownership and creative freedom in Malaysia.

The role requires a Diploma or degree in Marketing or related field, at least 2 years of proven experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will manage showroom, campaigns, and company events, with competitive salary and growth potential.

We are a China-based LED manufacturer with a regional office in Malaysia serving Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand markets. We are looking for a highly independent and creative professional to lead our marketing and event functions. You’ll manage both areas with full ownership and creative freedom.

Key Responsibilities: -

Marketing:-

Plan and execute marketing strategies (digital & offline).

Create engaging content for social media, advertisements, and campaigns.

Manage the company’s brand presence across various platforms and ensure brand consistency.

Manage and take care of the showroom, ensuring it is well-maintained, presentable, and aligned with the company’s brand image.

Analyse campaign performance and propose improvements.

Maintain and manage corporate gifts, door gifts, and T-shirts.

Work with management to align marketing goals with business direction.

Event Coordination:-

Conceptualize, plan, and execute company events end-to-end.

Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Handle event budgets, logistics, and timelines.

Ensure creative event concepts align with marketing objectives.

Provide post-event reports and analysis.

Requirements:-

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related field.

At least 2 years of proven experience in both marketing and event management.

Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for a Manager position

Excellent multitasking and project management skills.

Independent, resourceful, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.

Highly creative with strong hands‑on execution skills

Knowledge of design software (Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) is an advantage

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
