Job summary

Luen Heng F&B Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive and manage end-to-end campaigns across digital, events and promotions, aiming to boost brand activation and measurable results.

You will generate monthly reports, forecast with Sales and Logistics, and collaborate with Sales, Finance and HODs to ensure campaigns align with business goals. Lunch provided and a dynamic, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to translate marketing strategy into tactics and actionable plans
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork

Responsibilities

• Drive, plan and execute marketing campaigns across channels to achieve measurable results
• Generate monthly reports and assist in events
• Launch and implement innovative promotions to increase brand awareness
• Support and manage integrated 360 marketing campaigns with Sales, Finance, Logistics and HODs
• Monitor stock levels and provide accurate forecasting with Sales and Logistics
• Monitor brand performance monthly to ensure KPIs are met

Drive, plan and execute marketing campaigns to achieve measurable results on consumer activation, sponsorships, PR, digital, events and promotions.

To generate monthly reports and assist in events

Launching and implementing innovative promotions to increase brand awareness.

Support and manage integrated 360 marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with stakeholders from different departments - Sales, Finance, Logistics and HODs.

Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate forecasting together with Sales and Logistics.

Monitor brand performance on a monthly basis to ensure KPIs are met.

Job Requirements
