Job summary

Tech Harvest Capital is seeking a Media Social and Marketing Executive to join our Kuala Lumpur team. The role focuses on creating engaging content, managing social channels, and supporting marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and generate leads.

You will analyze engagement data, coordinate with designers and copywriters, and help maintain a positive online presence across platforms. A marketing-related degree and hands-on social media experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a social media & Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

About the job Media Social and Marketing Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur

The social media & Marketing Junior Executive will be responsible for:

• Creating engaging and creative content for various social media platforms,including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, andTikTok.
• Managing and monitoring social media accounts, including postingupdates, responding to comments and messages, and analyzingengagement metrics.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns acrossmultiple channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generateleads.
• Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and
  audience preferences to inform social media and marketing strategies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers,copywriters, and marketing managers, to ensure cohesive brandmessaging and campaign execution.
• Monitoring social media channels for customer inquiries, feedback, andcomplaints, and providing timely and appropriate responses to maintainpositive brand reputation.
• Analyzing campaign performance data and preparing comprehensivereports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a social media & Marketing Executive or similarrole.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
