Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint), Canva and digital tools; strong written/spoken English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies for property projects to boost sales.
Coordinate project launches, site sales gallery setups, roadshows, and exhibitions.
Manage social media (FB, IG & XHS) including content marketing and visual updates; website updates and content for property listings; video filming & editing is preferred.
Create brochures, leaflets, banners, and other marketing materials.
Analyze competitor activity, pricing, and industry trends to inform strategy.
Track marketing performance, manage enquiries, and generate reports on campaign ROI.
Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and internal sales teams.
