Job summary

In this role, you will help bring property projects to market by turning customer and market insights into effective sales programmes, launches and promotional campaigns.

What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities)

Market intelligence: Survey and update market information

Sales programmes: Implement marketing strategies and sales programmes, including property launches, exhibitions and other events.

Publicity materials: Arrange, execute and update publicity tools, artwork and design work, including sales gallery displays, brochures, flyers, outdoor and press advertisements, and sales kits.

Partner coordination: Propose and coordinate with vendors and partners such as sales agencies and creative agencies.

Reporting and submissions: Assist with monthly and annual sales reports.

What do we need from you (Job Requirements)

A minimum Diploma, professional qualification or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
