This role combines sales, marketing, and customer service responsibilities across two distinct brands: Eco Valley Retreat (leisure stays, corporate retreats, events) and Angeline Coworking (hot desks, private offices, event space).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract guests to Eco Valley Retreat and members to Angeline Coworking
• Conduct site tours for potential tenants, event planners, and travel agents
• Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships with local businesses and travel agents
• Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) for both brands, creating engaging content that reflects their distinct identities
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing customers
• Monitor online reputation (Google Reviews, TripAdvisor, social media) and respond to feedback
• Assist in creating promotional materials and special packages
• Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Handle bookings, reservations, and membership inquiries efficiently
• Ensure the front desk/reception area is welcoming and organized
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates
