Job summary

TARA VISION RESOURCES SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing support specialist in Johor Bahru to assist daily marketing tasks, create social media posts for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and help maintain the content calendar.

You will support campaigns, coordinate with departments, and provide admin support to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service during visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales & Marketing team with daily tasks and activities.
• Create and schedule social media posts for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Help plan content ideas and maintain the social media content calendar.
• Support marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Work with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team.
• Coordinate with other departments when required.
• Assist with customer reservations and communicate booking details with the Front Desk team.
• Handle customer enquiries at the reception counter in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond to customer requests and help resolve any issues.
• Ensure guests receive excellent customer service throughout their visit.
• Conduct basic market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
