Job summary

HEY PETER ACADEMY SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Marketing & Course Consultant to join our growing team.

You will communicate with prospective students, understand their learning needs, introduce suitable English courses and follow up with enquiries from initial contact through enrolment. This is a customer-facing role with an attractive sales commission structure. In addition to the basic salary, high-performing team members have the opportunity to earn RM10,000+ per month

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Sales-driven with targets.
• Experience in sales, marketing, education consultancy or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Promote and introduce our English courses to prospective students.
• Understand students' learning needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Respond to enquiries through WhatsApp, social media and other communication channels.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain customer relationships.
• Conduct course consultations and support student enrolment.
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into enrolments.
• Assist with social media marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Support education events, campaigns and other marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups and enrolments.
• Work closely with the academic and operations teams to support students.

This role combines education marketing, course consultation and student enrolment. You will communicate with prospective students, understand their learning needs, introduce suitable English courses and follow up with enquiries from initial contact through enrolment.

This is a customer-facing role with an attractive sales commission structure. In addition to the basic salary, high-performing team members have the opportunity to earn RM10,000+ per month through sales commission.

• Basic salary: RM1,800 – RM2,200 per month
