Job summary

EDU4U SDN. BHD. invites passionate Education Consultants to join our young, energetic team in Petaling Jaya. You will counsel students, guide their university choices, and drive sales and marketing campaigns both online and offline.

The role offers a hybrid work mode, opportunities for growth, and a potential annual commission of up to RM35,000. Fresh graduates are welcome; diploma or degree holders preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree or relevant experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Read, write and converse in English and Chinese; BM proficiency is a plus (Optional).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Counseling and assisting students to make informed university decisions.
• Develop and strengthen counseling services.
• Follow up on student status.
• Handle student and parent feedback to maintain service standards.
• Plan and execute online and offline sales and marketing campaigns such as virtual recruitment events and presentations.
• Raise awareness of the Edu4U brand.

Key Responsibilities as Education Consultant

Counseling and assisting students to make good decisions to university

Develop and strengthen counseling services

Follow up on student status

Handle student and parent feedback, to maintain our service standards

Handling and conducting online and offline sales and marketing campaigns such as virtual recruitment events, presentations & etc

To raise awareness of the Edu4U brand

Job Requirements

Requirements

Able to work at PJ Dataran Sunway ( 5 minutes walking distance from MRT Surian)

A Diploma/Degree or relevant experience

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Able to read, write and converse in EN and CN; Proficient in BM will be a plus (Optional)

Able to work independently & handle tasks with minimal supervision

Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing as required by the role

Good interpersonal skills, able to interact and collaborate with different stakeholder
