Job summary

MSPHitect Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing/Business Development professional with 2–3 years of experience to support quotations, pricing analyses, and proposals. You will prepare reports, handle sales enquiries, and track competitor activities to drive growth.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a proactive approach to customer interactions, with willingness to travel as needed. This is a full‑time on‑site position based in Penang.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing/Business/Management or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience or more in marketing/business development.
• Ability to engage customers maturely and address objections confidently.
• Willingness to travel and possess own transport.
• Strong problem solving and perseverance.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and presents marketing activity reports.
• Prepare quotations, costing analysis, and business proposals with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform calculations, pricing analysis, and data evaluation for trading and sales activities.
• Responsible for attending sales enquiries, preparation and follow up on quotation and customers' feedback.
• Monitors competitor products/services, sales and marketing activities.
