M Moser Associates is searching for a talented individual to join their expanding team in Kuala Lumpur. The role supports the Global Marketing group and involves coordinating and producing deliverables for client presentations while managing marketing collateral.

With a focus on sustainability and creativity, you will engage in proposal management, administrative support, and quality control. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or Communications and 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in proposal management or a related environment.
• Experience in Interior Design/Architecture industry is a bonus.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce deliverables for client presentations.
• Manage business development and marketing collateral.
• Provide administrative support to business development functions.
• Maintain and develop the proposal database.
• Track all active opportunities within the proposal database.
• Produce content for marketing materials and proposals.
• Ensure quality control through proofreading.
• Support project teams with coordination of meetings.
