Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a seasoned marketing and investor relations professional to lead marketing campaigns, content management across WordPress and social platforms, and month-end reporting for Malaysia and Australia operations. You will collaborate with management, ensuring timely client communications and data accuracy.

The role requires 3+ years in marketing or investor relations, strong English, and experience with WordPress and CRM/email tools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, and report on results.
• Create, manage and schedule social media content across platforms and brands; copywriting and basic design.
• Prepare and schedule email campaigns and newsletters for review.
• Update and publish website content on WordPress.
• Monitor website and social media analytics and SEO; report performance.
• Own the month-end reporting cycle; prepare performance reports and presentations.
• Post monthly performance and AUM figures to industry databases and platforms.
• Publish approved materials to investor data room.
• Act as the first point of contact for client and investor enquiries.
• Support client onboarding and KYC/AML documentation.
• Coordinate subscriptions and redemptions with the fund administrator.
• Maintain the CRM and contact database.
• Ensure client-facing material is approved before release.
• Liaise with internal teams to deliver services accurately and on time.
• Identify and resolve client issues promptly.
• Analyze client feedback and implement improvements.

Job description

Run the group's marketing and month-end reporting, and be the first point of contact for client and investor enquiries. A hands‑on role working directly with management across Malaysia and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, and report on results
• Create, manage and schedule social media content across the company’s platforms and brands, including copywriting and basic design assets
• Prepare and schedule email campaigns and newsletters for review
• Update and publish website content on WordPress
• Monitor website and social media analytics and SEO, and report on performanceCoordinate conferences and webinars
• Own the month-end reporting cycle, preparing performance reports, factsheets and presentations from approved NAV data
• Post monthly performance and AUM figures to industry databases and platforms
• Publish approved materials to the investor data room
• Act as the first point of contact for client and investor enquiries
• Support client onboarding and KYC/AML documentation
• Coordinate subscriptions and redemptions with the fund administrator
• Maintain the CRM and contact database
• Ensure client-facing material is approved before release
