Job summary

PeopleLAKE Group is seeking a proactive Business Development & Marketing Executive in Kuala Lumpur. You will support client development, marketing campaigns, events and proposals, coordinating with internal stakeholders to drive BD initiatives and deliver marketing content.

The role requires a degree in Business/Marketing or related field, 1–4 years of experience, strong English communication, and excellent organisational skills to manage multiple deadlines and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Law or a related discipline.
• 1-4 years of working experience preferred; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Experience in professional services, marketing, communications, events or other client-facing environments is advantageous.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of business proposals, pitches and client presentations.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives, campaigns and promotional materials.
• Assist with planning and execution of client events, seminars and conferences.
• Coordinate industry submissions and maintain records and deadlines.
• Maintain updated information on key projects and business activities.

• Work with internal stakeholders to obtain information and coordinate BD initiatives.
• Provide general administrative and project support to the BD and Marketing team.

Role Overview
