PMW Lighting, part of the PMW Group, seeks a dynamic Marketing / Business Development professional to lead brand development and project specification activities. You will build strong relationships with M&E consultants, developers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to increase product specifications and project opportunities.

The role involves presenting at events, exhibitions, roadshows, and briefings while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Certification teams to boost

Competenze

• Minimum Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related role.
• Experience in the lighting, electrical, M&E, or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and attend outstation meetings, exhibitions, and roadshows.

Mansioni

• Lead brand development and project specification activities for PMW Lighting.
• Build relationships with M&E consultants, developers, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
• Represent PMW Lighting at presentations, industry events, exhibitions, roadshows, and briefings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Certification teams to grow market presence and turnover.
• Identify new project leads and hand them over to the Sales team for follow-up and conversion.
