Job summary

Shaanxi Trucks Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Admin to support daily order processing, invoicing, and documentation. You will coordinate with suppliers, manage local and inter-branch orders, and maintain filing systems while assisting the marketing team with campaigns and admin tasks.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in marketing administration, documentation, coordination, and campaign support is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media, and basic marketing tools.
• Good communication, organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily and weekly orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Issue sales invoices, purchase orders, scan documents, and perform general office duties.
• Ensure supplier confirmation of purchase orders and follow up on backorders over three months.
• Provide support for phone calls and emails, managing local and inter-branch orders, invoices and purchase returns.
• Maintain an organized filing system for both soft and hard copies of documents.
• Maintain company computers, assets and equipment, and keep the work environment in good condition.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
