Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support campaign management and sales operations from its base in Nibong Tebal, Pulau Pinang - Mainland. You will assist with inquiries, coordinate with stakeholders, and monitor social media to ensure campaigns align with KPIs.

The role offers training for fresh graduates, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, and a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Penang.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required; fresh graduates welcome with training.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager with campaign inquiries, complaints, and issues.

This position is based in Nibong Tebal, Pulau Pinang - Mainland (near Parit Buntar). The role involves supporting marketing and sales operations through campaign management, stakeholder coordination, social media monitoring, and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the manager in handling campaign inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing emerging issues
• Support the manager by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless operational workflows
• Continuously monitor social media platforms and influencer marketing trends to maintain market awareness
• Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics for data-driven decision making
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives and KPIs
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for daily sales and marketing operations
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time

About you

• Diploma or equivalent
• Fresh graduate is encouraged, will provide training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a requirement
