Private Advertiser in Nibong Tebal, Penang, is seeking an entry-level Marketing Assistant to support campaign management and sales operations. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring social media trends, and reporting performance metrics.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or equivalent and is encouraged to apply even as a fresh graduate. Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia communication is required, with strong organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in handling campaign inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing emerging issues.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless operational workflows.
• Continuously monitor social media platforms and influencer marketing trends to maintain market awareness.
• Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics for data-driven decision making.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives and KPIs.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for daily sales and marketing operations.
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.

This position is based in Nibong Tebal, Pulau Pinang - Mainland (near Parit Buntar). The role involves supporting marketing and sales operations through campaign management, stakeholder coordination, social media monitoring, and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

Assist the manager in handling campaign inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing emerging issues

Support the manager by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless operational workflows

Continuously monitor social media platforms and influencer marketing trends to maintain market awareness

Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics for data-driven decision making

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives and KPIs

Provide comprehensive administrative support for daily sales and marketing operations

Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time

About you

Diploma or equivalent

Fresh graduate is encouraged, will provide training

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a requirement

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail

Ability to work under a fast-paced environment
