Job summary

Zuellig Pharma Malaysia is seeking a market access professional to develop strategies, pricing and reimbursement plans for our pharmaceutical products, working closely with brand teams and external stakeholders.

You will coordinate health economic analyses, respond to HTA inquiries and negotiate with payers, while collaborating with Regulatory and Medical Affairs to navigate local policy and payer landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of value and access strategies across therapeutic areas to align with external affairs and commercial goals.
• Handle end-to-end market access cases: pricing, reimbursement dossiers, health economic modelling, budget impact analysis, HTA responses, and stakeholder management.
• Develop engagement plans and build relationships with key stakeholders; understand stakeholder needs to communicate value propositions.
• Monitor healthcare policy updates, payer landscape, and institutional initiatives to translate into strategy and proactive actions.
• Collaborate with partner pharmaceutical companies on market access topics.
• Work with Regulatory and Medical Affairs to interface with local authorities, PhAMA, specialists and decision makers.
• Develop pricing strategies reflecting product value and clinical and financial benefits.
• Prepare pricing for listing in private and government hospitals and reimbursement submissions, including tenders.
• Promote and adhere to Zuellig Pharma’s core values daily.
