Novartis Corporation (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a TA Access Strategy Manager in Selangor to shape access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for priority brands. You will lead national access initiatives, adapt global guidance to the local market, and work with cross-functional teams to embed access into brand plans.

The role focuses on driving growth across the product lifecycle, leveraging payer insights and HTA knowledge to influence pricing negotiations and market access decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in market access, pricing, or reimbursement in pharma or healthcare.
• Experience with national access or payer negotiations.
• Experience across product launch and lifecycle phases.
• Strong knowledge of pricing and reimbursement systems; HEOR knowledge a plus.
• Ability to turn evidence into compelling value propositions.
• Strategic, analytical thinking and strong project and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and handle complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead access strategy: Set national access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies, and adapt global guidance to the local market.
• Drive growth: Identify and prioritize value & access opportunities across the product lifecycle.
• Turn insights into action: Use payer insights to shape brand and therapeutic area strategies.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Finance, Strategic Accounts, and Customer Experience to embed access in brand plans.
• Engage external stakeholders: Build relationships with payers and decision makers; lead negotiations.
• Oversee submissions renewals, HTA updates, contract renewals, and pricing reviews.
• Track performance: Monitor access KPIs and reimbursement milestones; share best practices.
