Job summary

You will contribute across reimbursement, pricing, Health Technology Assessment (HTA), evidence generation, and healthcare policy engagement, partnering closely with cross-functional, regional, and global teams to translate product value into effective access strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences or related field.
• Master's degree in Health Economics or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in Market Access, Pricing, Reimbursement or related healthcare function.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market access strategies for launches and portfolio priorities.
• Lead reimbursement and listing plans across therapeutic areas to support sustainable patient access to innovative medicines.
• Integrate market access into brand planning and cross-functional strategic decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support pricing and reimbursement strategies, including value propositions and evidence packages for payer discussions.
• Lead the preparation and submission of Health Economic Evaluations to support access objectives.
• Build relationships with external stakeholders and monitor policy developments impacting patient access.
