Qualifications

• Experience in market access, pricing, or reimbursement in pharma/healthcare.
• Experience with national access or payer negotiations.
• Experience across product launch and lifecycle phases.
• Strong knowledge of pricing and reimbursement systems; HEOR knowledge a plus.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strategic, analytical thinking and stakeholder management.
• Ability to handle complexity with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead national access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies.
• Drive growth by prioritizing Value & Access opportunities across the product lifecycle.
• Turn insights into action using healthcare system, policy, and payer insights to shape brand strategies.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Finance, Strategic Accounts, and Customer Experience.
• Engage payers and decision makers; lead negotiations.
• Manage submissions renewals, HTA updates, contract renewals, and pricing reviews.
• Track KPIs and reimbursement milestones; share best practices.
