Inchcape Shipping Services in Malaysia, Shah Alam, seeks a proactive operations coordinator to support 24/7 crew change operations, handle customer inquiries, and liaise with port authorities to ensure smooth processes.

You will keep regulatory updates current, manage documentation like EPDA, and update vessel schedules and service vouchers. The role offers diverse benefits and growth opportunities within a global logistics network.

Responsibilities

• Be 24/7 available to all operational needs and concerns.
• Attend to all customer queries Emails / Optic / CLS etc.
• Liaise with Port Authorities, Immigration Authority, Customs, and Marine Department to ensure smooth crew change operation.
• Ensure all latest crew change regulation updated for all ports.
• Prepare the EPDA for clients.
• Create appointment in One-DA as soon as the job is confirmed.
• Ensure vessel ATA/ATS and service line is well updated.
• Ensure vessel CE recorded 3 days after sailing date.
• Keep records and upload service vouchers to share folder.
