Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks a Marine Control Tower Executive to manage critical ship spares activities across CEVA hubs. You will coordinate with CMA CMA CGM Group stakeholders, update KPI milestones, and ensure timely documentation and delivery.

You will liaise with suppliers, prepare pre-alerts with shipping docs, and monitor last-mile delivery to ensure POD is obtained in a timely manner. A strong background in logistics coordination is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or shipping operations preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact point for CMA CGM Group ships spares activities in CEVA hubs.
• Ensure KPI milestones are updated to provide vessel delivery visibility.
• Liaise with CMA personnel and suppliers for missing documents and discrepancies.
• Send pre-alerts to destination CEVA stations / CMA agents with shipping docs.
• Monitor last mile PO delivery with Marine hubs until POD is obtained.
