Job summary

Maersk is seeking a senior operations professional to lead end-to-end coordination across multiple teams and products at the hub. You will ensure smooth handoffs between SCM, MCL, LCL, FCL, and Ocean Operations, while maintaining full visibility of the end-to-end flow from origin to destination.

Key responsibilities include peak management, KPI governance, and proactive stakeholder engagement to drive improvements and ensure delivery against schedules and capacity constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-product coordination for cargo moving through the hub.
• Maintain end-to-end visibility across inbound/outbound flows and planning.
• Translate volume forecasts into resource plans across short/medium/long horizons.
• Validate forecast volumes against capacity and manage gaps.
