Job summary

Maersk is a global logistics leader seeking an experienced operations professional to own end-to-end coordination for cargo through the hub, including cross-functional handoffs and forecast-driven capacity planning.

You will design and own the KPI framework, monitor performance, and collaborate with CPMs and operations teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure on-time, efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
• Track record of designing or improving KPI frameworks.
• Experience in peak-season or high-volume environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-product coordination for cargo moving through the hub, ensuring smooth handoffs.
• Maintain end-to-end visibility across inbound, import, inventory, export, and customs processes.
• Translate volume forecasts into resource planning across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons.
• Validate forecasts against actual capacity and raise gaps when needed.
• Lead prioritisation during peak periods based on customer priority and criticality.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure governance and alignment across teams.
