ResMed in Malaysia is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing Technician to lead daily manufacturing, assembly, and packing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of products. You will guide a team of technicians and operators, drive performance, and champion continuous improvement.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 5+ years in regulated manufacturing, and 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory, team leader, or people management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise day-to-day manufacturing, assembly, and packing operations to meet targets and quality standards.
• Coordinate workforce planning, production scheduling, and resource allocation to support changing demands.
• Monitor production performance metrics and implement corrective actions for bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Ensure activities comply with procedures, work instructions, GMP, OH&S, and regulatory requirements.
• Support new product introductions, process validations, and manufacturing readiness activities.
