Job summary

ResMed in Malaysia is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing Technician to lead daily manufacturing, assembly, and packing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of products. You will guide a team of technicians and operators, drive performance, and champion continuous improvement.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 5+ years in regulated manufacturing, and 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory, team leader, or people management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise day-to-day manufacturing, assembly, and packing operations to meet targets and quality standards.
Coordinate workforce planning, production scheduling, and resource allocation to support changing demands.
Monitor production performance metrics and implement corrective actions for bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Ensure activities comply with procedures, work instructions, GMP, OH&S, and regulatory requirements.
Support new product introductions, process validations, and manufacturing readiness activities.
