Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 2 years in a production leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma with GMP/regulatory awareness.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Manage allocation of manpower, machines, materials and resources to execute production plans.
• Drive Lean and MEP initiatives, standard work, 5S and Kaizen activities.
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Maintenance to resolve constraints.
