Job summary

ResMed is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities, drive Lean initiatives, and sustain a culture of continuous improvement for high-volume production of medical devices.

You will mentor Team Leaders and Operators, ensure safe, compliant operations, and partner with Quality, Engineering and Planning teams to optimize capacity and throughput while reducing waste.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree required in a relevant engineering/operational field.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, standard work, and visual management.
• Experience with DMAIC, Kaizen, and continuous improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
• Provide hands-on leadership to production teams, ensuring effective execution of production plans.
• Manage workforce deployment, process compliance, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to resolve constraints.

Education

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Production Management, or a related discipline
