Job summary

ResMed Inc is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing Technician to lead daily manufacturing, assembly and packing operations in a regulated environment. You will manage a team, coordinate scheduling, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, collaboration with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain, and adherence to GMP, OH&S, and quality systems to deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience in a regulated environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or people-management experience.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, Quality Management Systems, and Occupational Health & Safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing, assembly, and packing operations to meet targets.
• Coordinate workforce planning, production scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor production performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure activities are in line with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support new product introductions, process validations, and manufacturing readiness.
