Job summary

BrightPath Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead plant operations, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Technical Support to meet targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Diploma in engineering and at least 5 years in automotive or high-volume manufacturing, with hands-on supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience in production supervision, manufacturing operations, or technical support roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute production plans in line with build schedules and customer delivery requirements
• Ensure quality and volume targets are achieved
• Monitor output, scrap, rework, downtime, and first-time-through performance
• Coordinate production activities with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Technical Support
• Ensure compliance with work instructions, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, company procedures, and SynerLean policy principles
• Lead, supervise, and develop operators and production leaders
• Support manufacturing engineering activities including process improvement and new product introduction
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime
• Ensure high standards of safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance
• Stop production when quality, safety, or environmental risks are identified

The role integrates shop-floor leadership, production supervision, manufacturing engineering support, and technical and maintenance coordination, while operating in accordance with the SynerLean manufacturing policy principles.
