• Understanding of production processes, quality control, basic problem-solving tools, and production reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet planned output and customer demand.
• Develop and execute production plans, ensuring on-time delivery through resource management.
• Monitor production performance, address gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and control production costs, including manpower and resource utilization.
• Lead, manage, and coach operators and line leaders across shifts.
• Support manpower planning, attendance management, workforce discipline, and skills training.
• Apply basic problem-solving tools to resolve daily production challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, legal requirements, and Versigent EHS policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and environmentally responsible shopfloor.
• Identify and follow up on unsafe conditions/acts; support risk assessments and incident investigations.
