Job summary

Hirehub Group, a multinational cloud infrastructure company with a growing manufacturing footprint in Johor, seeks an experienced production leader for SMT/PCBA operations. You will plan, coordinate, and direct all production activities from assembly, testing to shipping, while leading a team to achieve on-time delivery, quality standards, and optimal throughput in a high-precision environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, manufacturing, industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in SMT/PCBA manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Hands-on SMT production experience: solder paste printing, SPI, pick-and-place, reflow, AOI, ICT, FCT, PCB/PCBA assembly.
• Solid knowledge of SMT equipment, production planning, capacity planning, manpower management, and scheduling.
• Experience managing end-to-end manufacturing operations from SMT to final shipment.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and problem-solving methods (8D, RCA, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone, SPC, FMEA).
• Knowledge of IPC standards, ESD, Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production processes and prepare resources for continuous flow of production.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct all production activities to ensure on-time, ordered, quality products from assembly to shipping.
• Manage DL employees and subordinates, schedule work, motivate and direct the team to meet company objectives.
• Monitor and control the flow of supplies including purchase, storage, and movement of raw materials and WIP inventory.
• Ensure assembly process quality meets all requirements.

Job Descriptions

• Oversee production processes and prepare all the resources needed to maintain an efficient and continuous flow of production.


• Plan, coordinate, and direct all production activities to ensure the products are made on time, in the correct order, and of adequate quality and composition, starting from assembly, testing up to the shipping.


• Manage DL employees and subordinates, working in a team or individually, to maximize their performance and contribution. Schedule their work and activities, give instructions, motivate and direct the workers to meet the company objectives;


• Monitor and control the flow of supplies that includes the purchase, storage, and movement of the required quality of raw materials, and also work-in-progress inventory.


• Monitor and assure the quality of the assembly processes by overseeing that all the factors of the products meet quality requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.


• Minimum 8 years of experience in SMT/PCBA manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.


• Strong hands-on experience in SMT production processes, including solder paste printing, SPI, pick-and-place, reflow soldering, AOI, ICT, FCT, and PCB/PCBA assembly.


• Solid knowledge of SMT equipment, production planning, capacity planning, manpower management, and production scheduling.


• Proven experience in managing end-to-end manufacturing operations from SMT assembly, testing, inspection, to final shipment.


• Familiar with quality management systems and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, RCA, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, SPC, and FMEA.


• Knowledge of IPC standards, ESD requirements, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Salary Range: Up to RM15k
