Job summary

Talexa Partners Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced PCBA Engineering or Production Manager to lead manufacturing and production operations in Johor. You will oversee daily activities, drive improvements and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, and at least 3 years of managerial experience in manufacturing/production/engineering. Knowledge of PCBA or electronics industries is advantageous.

PCBA Engineering or Production Manager/ Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced PCBA Engineering or Production Manager to lead and oversee manufacturing and production operations.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily manufacturing and production operations to achieve production targets and quality standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste and optimise production processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements and manufacturing procedures.

Implement and maintain 8S practices to ensure a safe environment.

Ensure production processes comply with company standards, quality requirements, safety regulations and customer requirements.

Monitor and manage production KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Drive a strong culture of operational discipline, problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a manager/supervisor.

Experience in manufacturing/production/engineering management.

Knowledge of server PCBA or related electronic industries is an added advantage.
