Job summary

LINKWING CLOUD TECH MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor / Section Head to assist the Manufacturing Manager in executing production plans and coordinating daily operations for server PCBA capacity and yield targets on a shift/weekly basis.

The role requires a Diploma or above, 3+ years of production supervision experience in electronics, familiarity with 5S and Lean tools, and strong Chinese/English communication. On-site shift coverage is essential.

Qualifications

• This role requires 3+ years of experience as a Production/Manufacturing Supervisor in electronics.
• Strong knowledge of SMT/DIP production processes is desirable.
• Good communication in Chinese and English and shift readiness.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manufacturing Manager with production plans and daily operations.
• Monitor progress, material use and equipment utilization; drive improvements.
• Manage 5S, ESD and safety on the line and ensure SOP adherence.
• Oversee frontline teams, shift scheduling and on-the-job training.
• Collect and report production data and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Uphold company policies and maintain good employee relations; control turnover.
• Shift work is required to support daily operations.
