Job summary

CAN CABLE SDN. BHD. is looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support quotation, documentation, and order processing. The role requires handling local and outstation sales orders and coordinating delivery planning.

The candidate should have a Diploma/Advanced Diploma and at least 1 year of Sales Coordinator experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills. Local relocation to Semenyih/Selangor is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma in a relevant field preferred.
• 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of handling quotations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quotation, documentation, and follow-up.
• Handle local and outstation sales orders.
• Assist with scheduling delivery planning activities.
• Update sales and purchase activities.
• Arrange delivery orders and sales invoices.
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing and answering phone calls.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
