Job summary

CETM Electrotest Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our Sales and Operations functions. You will work with the sales team to ensure sales orders are processed accurately and on time, while coordinating deliveries, shipments, inbound goods, and outbound packing.

The ideal candidate has at least a diploma, 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and good English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: SPM / STPM / Diploma / Advanced or Higher Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales administration, order processing, logistics or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the Sales team to ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders.
• Perform system entries for Sales Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and arrange shipments through courier or dispatch.
• Receive, unpack and verify weekly inbound shipments against relevant documents.
• Prepare, pack and arrange outbound shipments for delivery.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for orders, deliveries and shipments.
• Provide general administrative and logistics support to ensure smooth daily operations.
