Job summary

Flex is seeking a Program Administrator to be based in PTP, Johor. The role focuses on managing customer accounts and coordinating program plans across departments to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in a manufacturing or related field, with strong organizational and office skills. Occasional travel may be required as part of project coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong understanding of program management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Review program proposals to define time frame and resource needs.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plans.
• Drive and coordinate projects with the Customer Focus Team to meet budget and schedule.
• Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management or clients.
• Occasional travel to customer locations.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement activities impacting timeline or costs.
• Follow up on shipments to meet site and customer guarantees.
