Job summary

Flex is seeking a Program Administrator in Prai, Penang to support product programs. You will review proposals, define plans, allocate resources and coordinate across Program Management and Operations to meet schedules and budgets.

You will drive projects with the Customer Focus Team, prepare reports for management, and support continuous improvement initiatives in production timelines and costs. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills.
• Strong customer relationship skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Review program proposals to define time frames, resources and budgets.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plans and assign duties.
• Drive projects with the Customer Focus Team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
