Job summary

Responsibilities

• Implement startup of new/existing projects to optimize cost, efficiency and quality.
• Establish and ensure process control with proper documentation.
• Monitor production assembly/molding processes and troubleshoot quality issues.
• Document product development, changes and evaluate new tool design.
• Debug moderately complex problems in systems, tooling and automation.
• Propose maintenance changes for process improvements with documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and support safety programs.
• Provide direction to assembly and material handling staff as needed.
