Job summary

Intel Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on production technician for regular onsite work with shift readiness. The role involves manufacturing, assembly, testing, and process optimization for new products and prototypes, following SOPs and GMP practices.

A one-year contract with potential extension and possible conversion to permanent position is offered. The candidate should have SPM/STPM or non-tech diploma, with 1 year of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

Regular onsite role with readiness to work in shifts. Perform product manufacturing and assembly tasks, ensuring outputs meet industry standards and customer specifications. Support developing, building, and testing new products, prototypes, or processes; operate equipment in-factory or remotely. Collect and evaluate operating data, adjust equipment, and optimize production efficiency. Set up and operate equipment following SOPs and good manufacturing practices; support installation, basic maintenance, and training of production equipment. Maximize equipment utilization and automated systems; work with Manufacturing Operations Manager and team to meet output requirements and elevate issues when needed. Maintain raw material availability, conduct quality checks, drive process improvements, and maintain production logs and documentation. This role offers a oneyear contract with the opportunity for an additional oneyear extension. There is also potential for conversion to a permanent position, subject to business needs and strong candidate performance.
