Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: SPM, STPM, Non-Tech Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience preferred.

• Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform product manufacturing and assembly tasks following SOPs and GMP practices.
• Operate equipment in-factory or remotely, collect data and adjust processes to improve efficiency.
• Set up and operate equipment, participate in installation, basic maintenance and training.
• Maintain production logs and documentation, monitor quality checks, and drive process improvements.
• Work with Manufacturing Operations Manager and team to meet output targets.
