Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and Kaizen methods is preferred.
• Ability to interpret drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet production plans and deadlines.
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and resources for stable output.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead improvement initiatives on layout, flow, cycle time, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Supply Chain, and EHS.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulations and company policies.
