Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of technicians overseeing operations, equipment maintenance, and repair in manufacturing facilities.
Own safety, quality, scheduling, and conflict resolution amongst staff and other stakeholders.
Oversee flow of work through factories and streamline processes between groups and divisions.
Establish tactical plans to meet production schedules within quality and cost objectives.
Ensure optimal performance in safety, quality, output and cost through staffing, training, and development.
Own shift schedule, workstation assignments, training, vacations, PTO, overtime, and back-up coverage.
