Job summary

Intel in Malaysia's Kulim is seeking a contract-based production worker to perform manufacturing and assembly tasks, ensuring outputs meet standards and customer specs. You will support developing, building, and testing new products or processes; operate equipment in-factory or remotely, and collect data to optimize efficiency.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, maintaining GMP practices, and training on production equipment.

Qualifications

• SPM / STPM / Professional Certificate / Non-Technical Diploma Holder.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform product manufacturing and assembly tasks to meet industry standards and customer specs.
• Support development, building, and testing of new products or processes; operate equipment on-site or remotely.
• Collect and evaluate operating data, adjust equipment, and improve production efficiency.
• Set up and operate equipment following SOPs and GMP; assist installation, basic maintenance and training of production equipment.
• Maximize equipment utilization and automate systems; collaborate with Manufacturing Operations Manager to meet outputs.
