Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.

• Experience with LEAN manufacturing and process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and tools and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians overseeing operations, equipment maintenance, and repair.
• Own safety, quality, scheduling and conflict resolution among staff and stakeholders.
• Oversee flow of work through factories and streamline processes between groups and divisions.
• Establish tactical plans to ensure production schedules are met within quality and cost objectives.
• Manage shift schedules, training, and PTO requests; staffing and certifications for ramps.
