Job summary

Intel in Kulim is seeking a shift supervisor to manage and lead a team of technicians overseeing operations, maintenance and repair in a high‑volume manufacturing facility.

You will own safety, quality, scheduling, and staff conflicts, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve operational health issues. The role requires coordinating shifts, training, and ensuring ramp readiness while upholding Intel values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience, including 1+ year in team leadership.
• Strong engineering or technical background required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians overseeing operations, equipment maintenance and repair.
• Own safety, quality, scheduling, and staff conflict resolution.
• Oversee flow of work and streamline processes between groups.
• Develop tactical plans to meet production schedules within quality and cost targets.
• Ensure staffing, shift rotations, PTO requests.
• Establish training plans and monitor performance.
• Drive team results and align with Intel values.
