Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Two years experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, or equivalent training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire Line Managers and MITs.
• Coach Line Managers and MITs in interviewing and hiring.
• Identify development needs and create validation training.
• Establish measurable goals and monitor performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Coordinate large teams and manage crises when needed.
