Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing/production with supervisor experience.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Proficient with quality tools (8D, RCA, SPC, FMEA) and training methods (TWI).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce waste.
• Monitor production performance, downtime, and output data.
• Lead Daily Leadership Routine (DLR) reviews.
• Ensure safety, 5S, and adherence to procedures.
• Coach and develop Production Line Leaders and Operators.
• Manage production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Support audits and cross-functional collaboration.
