Ultimate Machining / Manufacturing Solutions in Malaysia is seeking an IT Manager to lead all IT operations for a precision manufacturing site, aligning with a Singapore-based Group IT team. You will manage infrastructure, ERP (Epicor), cybersecurity, and digitalisation initiatives to ensure production continuity and efficiency.

The role offers broad exposure, regional collaboration, and a visible impact on operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 8–10 years of IT experience in manufacturing, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on ERP knowledge; Epicor preferred, SAP/Oracle also acceptable.
• Strong cybersecurity, networking, backup, and disaster recovery expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations across the site to ensure high system availability.
• Oversee ERP management, upgrades, and user support across functions.
• Manage cybersecurity controls, access management, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Group IT to align standards and initiatives.
• Lead and mentor local IT team and manage budgets.
